These terms are under review while the site is new. Until they are final, the price and anything specific to your advert are confirmed with you by email before it's booked.
1. Who we are
SEE Recruitment is a trading name of Saving Energy Consultants Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14048747; registered office: Office 135 Boston House, Grove Business Park, Downsview Road, Wantage OX12 9FF). It is run by Darren Emery. Contact: darren@savingenergy.com. A postal address for legal notices is available on request — just email me.
2. What you get
For one flat fee per role, your advert is published on seerecruitment.com for 30 days from the day it goes live. Candidates apply directly to you, using the link or email address in your advert. We don't forward CVs, and we don't promise any number of views or applications.
3. Who can post
Employers and recruitment agencies hiring for Energy and Engineering roles in the UK. This service is for business use only.
4. What every advert must include
- The job title, and the employer's full name. If you're an agency, your full business name too.
- Whether the role is permanent or temporary.
- The location, and whether it's on site or remote.
- A real pay range.
- What the job involves, and the qualifications or cards it needs.
- How to apply: a link to your own site, or a business email address.
5. What you confirm when you post
- The role is real, and the employer has definitely decided to fill it. If you're an agency, the employer has asked you to recruit for it.
- Everything in the advert is accurate and lawful, including the Equality Act 2010.
- Nobody will be asked to pay a fee for applying or for being found work.
- You'll handle candidates' applications lawfully, as the controller of their data.
- You'll tell us straight away if the role is filled or withdrawn.
6. Checking, refusing and removing adverts
We check every advert before it goes live and may ask you to change it. We can refuse any advert. We check first and invoice second, so you never pay for an advert we can't run. If a live advert breaks these terms, or we're told the role isn't real, we can take it down; if that happens because of a breach of these terms, the fee isn't refunded.
7. The fee and paying
The fee is £99 per role, live for 30 days. Founding offer: your first five adverts are £49 each. We confirm the fee to you by email before your advert is booked. We send an invoice once the advert passes our check, and it goes live when the invoice is paid by bank transfer.
8. Ending early
If the role is filled, tell us and we'll take the advert down free. Unused days aren't refunded.
9. Liability
We take care to run the site well, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, or the results of any advert. Our total liability for any advert is limited to the fee you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you send your advert applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
