These terms apply to your use of the SEE Recruitment website and our free careers-introduction service. By using the site or contacting us, you accept these terms.

What SEE Recruitment does

SEE Recruitment makes introductions between engineers and employers in hazardous-area and related engineering fields. It is part of the Saving Energy Consultants Limited engineering ecosystem. Our role is limited to introductions; any engagement, contract or employment is agreed directly between the engineer and the employer.

Free for engineers

Engineers are never charged to register, be introduced, or be engaged through SEE Recruitment.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee that any engineer will be offered a role, or that any employer will find a suitable candidate. Introductions are made in good faith; the suitability, competence, qualifications and right to work of any engineer, and the accuracy of any role offered by an employer, are the responsibility of the parties themselves, who should carry out their own checks.

Information you provide

You are responsible for making sure the information you send us - including your CV, qualifications and role details - is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website or the service, including by submitting false information, unlawful content, or anything that could damage the site or other users.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Saving Energy Consultants Limited unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from an introduction, from reliance on information on this site, or from third-party websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
